At Precision Construction and Painting, we offer probing wood inspection services for all your wood structure needs. These inspections are more accurate than traditional visual inspections, using a 1/4-inch probe to uncover any signs of damage or decay. We're committed to providing you with the highest quality service, so you can be confident in the structural integrity of your wood.
While we highly suggest probing inspections to get the most accurate report on wood damage, we can also provide a visual inspection. Visual inspections are done from the ground and don't require a special tool. Change orders may occur more with visual inspections, but we are always transparant about this.
