We recently had the pleasure of hiring “Precision Construction and Painting,” to paint the exterior of 35 unit condo’s in our HOA. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Jared, Jesse, and the crew demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention to detail.
Their quality of work was truly outstanding. The paint job is flawless. The color is exactly what we had envisioned. They took the time to ensure every inch of the exterior was covered perfectly, leaving no spots untouched.
Throughout the project, they were incredibly professional. They arrived on time each day, were courteous and respectful, and maintained a clean and organized work area. Their communication was excellent, keeping us informed of progress and any necessary adjustments. Excellent service across the board! Precision is currently painting our 142 unit condo complex and from day one, they have met or exceeded our expectations. Having the right company for such a big project has made all our lives easier: management company, BOD, and residents.

Their onsite crew is very professional and well organized. A supervisor is onsite and the manager visits once a week. 3 buildings have been completed so far with flawless performances by all. (Update - they are finished and their excellence prevailed throughout the 142 unit project!)
